Could be better – read on
This hotel has a vintage charm and a prime location near the historic heart of the city. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast offered a delightful selection but could improve in quality. My room, while comfortable, showed some signs of wear and could benefit from better cleaning.

One simple answer, yes or no?
The superb location allows easy access to the historic Candelaria area and nearby attractions. Staff were friendly , fluent in multiple languages, and breakfast options were delightful.
The gym poorly suited the spa's ambiance, and several amenities fell short of expectations, like the inconsistent temperature in the sauna.

The location is unbeatable, just two blocks from the main plaza, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The stylish hotel offers great breakfast options, including fresh salads and pastries. However, rooms in the older section feel a bit gloomy with small bathrooms, and there's a lack of comfortable seating areas for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast quality was disappointing, which affected our appetite for dining options within the hotel.
